The Principal identifies a School Contact to communicate their Partnership Coordinator. The School Contact provides regular updates on volunteer needs, building consistency • Principal will meet with the Partnership Coordinator and U4H leadership prior to the start of each school year to plan partnership objectives.• School leadership will inform and educate the teachers about the role of U4H volunteers.• The identified School Contact can assist in data collection.• Regularly encourage volunteers and express gratitude. One way to do this is by providing updates/progress reports.
