Dear fellow-pastor,
As a young Baptist pastor, I kept other Christian faith communities at a distance. (I even viewed my particular 'brand of Baptists' as the preferred Baptist group.) How completely blind I was to my restricted understanding and attitude of exclusion.

Along with that limited perspective of the Lord's work raged another battle, not uncommon to pastors. The divine aspiration of my call was sometimes tainted by the human ambition of my career.

How grateful I am for God's persevering love and transforming correction! My passion is now focused on His kingdom and glory…not my denomination or personal achievement.

Is this your heartbeat? Consider becoming a part of The Operation Andrew Group! There is room for our distinctives within the reconciled church; and we can unite in His mission.

Together, let's take His transforming gospel, in word and deed, to this area…and show the loving face of Jesus to a fallen humanity. Let's discover the joy and power of our partnership in Christ.

Don't mistake the unity we are proposing as a uniformity we are imposing. God's Spirit promises to inhabit our oneness…and Nashville and Middle Tennessee will better know that the Father has sent His Son!

Seeking with you to be one…
So that others may be won,
Bob Cook, Vice President
The Operation Andrew Group
